SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We gladly accept orders from all around the globe and are able to ship to any address worldwide. However note that there are restrictions on some products and not all products can be shipped to all international destinations. Please free feel to enquire.
Shipping costs will depend on the size and weight of the item and where the order is being dispatched to.
Delivery within Kenya will be through a local courier company. However note those couriers companies do not deliver to all destinations, therefore goods will be dispatched to their nearest office.
 International orders will be dispatched through an international courier company and all shipping costs will be advised upon receipt of your order.
When do we ship?
Shipment will only be made once the payment of the goods has been received in full. 
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment will be accepted by Mpesa (Safaicom Money Transfer), Zap (Zain Money Transfer), Electronic Funds Transfer, Cheque or Cash.

Bank Details will appear on our order form, you can scan and email us a copy of the Bank Transfer receipt. Goods will be dispatched immediately details are received and verified by us.
Purchase by credit cards will be accepted soon.
Payment will be accepted in Kenyan Shillings (Ksh) or US Dollars (US $) only.
All purchases within Kenya are subject to 16% VAT.
Delivery of goods purchased by cheque payment will only occur once the cheque has been cleared by the bank.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Any goods to be returned should be done within one week of receipt of the goods.
Any shipping or delivery charges of returning the goods will be borne by the purchaser.
We will only refund the cost of the item and not the shipping costs incurred by the purchaser.
The item to be returned should be unused, in its original packaging and the packaging should be intact.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any returns.

WARRANTY
Items will be supplied under warranty as per the manufacturer's/supplier's warranty.
However warranty cannot be extended to electrical items purchased for use in Kenya due to the power fluctuations experienced in the country. Mechanical parts will be subject to warranty for such products.
It is to be noted that product failure due to normal wear and tear will not be repaired/supplied under warranty.

LIMITATIONS 
Please note that manufacturer/supplier warranty may not be valid for any products shipped internationally.
For products shipped internationally, manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate).

PRICE AND/OR DESCRIPTION CHANGES
All prices, images and descriptions on this site and all other Tradecon (Msa) Ltd. publications are subject to change. Tradecon (Msa) Ltd. maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors. In the event of typographical errors on our site or in our publications, Tradecon (Msa) Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its sole discretion. Please contact us within 7 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.
